Internal Sales Service Export / Marketing Employee (m/f/d)
We are looking for a new team member with experience in internal sales and customer service.
Your Responsibilities
- Maintain and support existing customers in Germany and abroad in both German and English
- Proactively approach customers in support of the field sales team and technical customer service staff
- Process inquiries from customers and prospective clients
- Prepare quotations, pricing letters, and informational communications
- Manage and track customer samples during product introduction processes
- Handle order processing, including coordination and monitoring of delivery dates
- Commission freight forwarders for domestic and international transport and prepare shipping documents
- Contribute to market and competitor analyses and prepare statistics and evaluations for management decisions
- Manage interfaces and collaborate closely with sales, marketing, production, purchasing, and logistics
- Maintain customer and product master data in the CRM/ERP system
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training or a university degree
- Experience in internal sales / sales support
- Experience in order and shipping processing for food products or food additives
- Good knowledge of current customs, hazardous goods, and transport regulations
- Good MS Office skills and experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP Business One
- High motivation and curiosity to learn about our products and their end-market applications
- Customer-oriented mindset, resilience, flexibility, commitment, reliability, and team spirit
- Enjoy working with global customers and innovative products
- Fluent written and spoken German and English; additional languages are an advantage

Chemical Technician / Production Process Specialist (m/f/d)
Your Role
You are a key part of our production team.
You ensure that processes run reliably, quality remains consistent, and optimization is approached systematically rather than by chance. In this role, you will work closely with our laboratory and development teams and actively contribute your technical and digital affinity. With your overview, expertise, and reliability, you naturally take on a key position within the production environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Independently control and monitor the automated formulation plant
- Actively adjust process parameters in case of deviations
- Execute production recipes in accordance with the production plan
- Perform quality control and ensure food-safe filling of products
- Ensure compliance with occupational safety, hygiene, and quality management requirements
- Analyze workflows and contribute concrete suggestions for improvement
- Work closely with the laboratory and development department
- Support the further development and standardization of production processes
Your Profile
- Completed training as a chemical technician or a comparable technical qualification
- Several years of experience in production, ideally in the food or GxP environment
- Strong IT affinity and interest in automated systems
- Structured and responsible way of working
- Enjoy improving workflows and sharing knowledge
