Tradition and experience
proFagus Food Solutions GmbH is a very young company but can also look back on a long tradition and experience in the field of smoke aromas. As a wholly owned subsidiary of Arbonium Technologies GmbH, we have been working extensively with smoke aroma products for decades made from local beech wood.
Standort Northeim
Space for storage and production
Northeim, near Göttingen, was chosen as the location for proFagus Food Solutions GmbH. At more than 1,700 m² of storage and production space and sufficient capacity for offices for customer service, logistics and quality control, the ground has been laid for further growth at the location. Its logistics-friendly location enables fast handling of global freight and ensures short transport routes throughout Europe.
Certification
Comprehensive knowledge
As a first step, proFagus Food Solutions was certified according to the IFS Broker specifications in August 2022. The construction of a complete production and bottling facility at the site has been under way since 2024 and will then be certified according to the FSSC 22000 standard. In addition, certification in accordance with ISO 9001, as well as Halal and Kosher standards, is required. Certification issued. Commissioning will take place at the beginning of 2025. Then 20 employees will be working in research, quality assurance, production, logistics, sales and customer service for your success.
